So…who are you?

I’m an all-around theatre devotee from Nebraska; a case study in what happens when the weird kid in a small town drama class gets a formal education in the theatre. 

My name, Tyson, means firebrand or impassioned person. I actually didn't know that when I chose it, but I think I’ve grown into it pretty well. I’m prone to falling into periods of obsessions that last anywhere from a couple weeks to decades.

I fixate on all manners of nerdy things: video games, books, web series, plus plays and musicals. Predictable, I’m sure. These all have one thing in common: they’re always at least a little bit of make-believe. I think imagination is the most important part of being alive.

It is a never-ending dream and privilege to be entering the industry that has inspired me my whole life.
